Marcus Aurelius (26 April 121 – 17 March 180) was a Roman emperor from 161 to 180 and a Stoic philosopher. Stoic principles are very relevant during times of crisis. The trigger for a crisis is external, which we have little to no control over. The actual experience of the crisis is internal (the mind) which we can govern through practice and preparation. An inspiring short video to get one thinking.

“We have a hunger of the mind which asks for knowledge of all around us, and the more we gain, the more is our desire.”
