New Patient Appointments

Details:
New patient consults can be conducted in room or remotely (virtual). A referral letter from your referring doctor with main indication for referral or self written referral detailing main endocrine problem and list of medications. Copies of all blood tests and investigations in the last six months. Further tests may be requested at the first consult and a follow up ‘results and script’ consult of 15 min is often necessary. This may be done in person or virtually.
 
Please note virtual consults will be considered in select cases during the COVID 19 lockdown period.

Follow up Consults | 30 min

Details:
Please note that these consults are for regular follow up consultations with established patients. A full history of symptoms is taken and a detailed discussion is included regarding blood results, implications on health and changes that need to be made as well as a discussion of management plan and prescription. Discussions are detailed and online teaching is completed through drawings, slide share, etc.
Requirements:

Blood tests must be done at least 3 days prior to an appointment to facilitate success of the consultation. Blood test order forms should be requested prior to these 3 days.

Speaker Bookings

Details:
Dr Ruder is available to book for guest speaker engagements. Please enquire for further information and discussion on content which can be individualised.
Types of Bookings:
  • Topics on health, wellness, life and philosophy
  • Available for corporate talks (Pharma Companies)
  • Available for wellness talks (Wellness Events)
  • Individualised Events

CONSULT NOTES

Please note that the type of consult (in-room or virtual) is determined by urgency and COVID19 risk as assessed by Dr Ruder.

Limited VIRTUAL CONSULTS are available for elect cases. All virtual consults are carried out from the practice premises by Dr Ruder. Quality, content, privacy and professionalism of consultation are maintained.

Screening questionnaires will need to be completed and these consults are strictly at the discretion of Dr Ruder.
